Who are we?
Incoming Nordkalotten AB is a privately owned Destination and Event management company located in the city of Luleå - the communication center of northern Sweden. Incoming Nordkalotten professionally plans and delivers incentives, meetings and events in the north of Sweden for a demanding international market. With the big capacity in air transportation to Luleå airport and the activities being comprehensive and well organized, we efficiently make arrangements for groups up to 1 000 persons.
Our location
Far up in the north is the beautiful Baltic city of Luleå, situated only 160 km south of the Arctic Circle. Historic Luleå, with it's 71 000 inhabitants and the northernmost situated university in Sweden, offers lots of culture and history as well as a rich nightlife.
Luleå is the capital of Norrbotten region. The original settlement developed at a place called Gammelstad, 10 km away, but after the land rose, the harbour was moved to where now Luleå stands. Gammelstad, however, remains the historic gem of the region and is a UNESCO
World Heritage Site.
